Appointment System

When you call for a doctor’s appointment, you will be asked whether your need is:

URGENT, ACUTE OR ROUTINE

In order to help categorise your appointment, and ensure you see the most appropriate person, the receptionist may ask you if you can share the nature of the problem or issue. Please be assured that this information will be treated confidentially.


Named GP   

If you would like to know who your named Doctor is please ask reception when you next visit the surgery.


Friends and Family Test

The Friends and Family test has recently been added to our website. it is your chance to provide feedback on your experience of the surgery.


Staff Training  

The surgery will be closed for staff training on Thursday 5th December from 1.00 pm until 4.30 pm.

Everyone welcome to join us! We look forward to hearing your comments and suggestions. Please contact reception to find out how to participate.


Repeat Prescriptions

You can now order your repeat prescriptions through the online Prescriptions link. If you wish to register to do so please complete the patient online registration form and bring it along to reception with two forms of ID, one photographic and one proof of address so we can give you the registration information. If you are already registered to use online appointments you do not need to register again.

Opening Hours

The surgery is open from 8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday. Surgery times and the types of appointments available vary from day to day.

The dispensary is open from 9.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
