Staff Training  - Last Thursday of Every Month

The surgery will be closed for staff training on Thursday 29th October 2020 from 1.00 pm until 4.30 pm.

Repeat Prescriptions

You can now order your repeat prescriptions through the online Prescriptions link. If you wish to register to do so please complete the patient online registration form and bring it along to reception with two forms of ID, one photographic and one proof of address so we can give you the registration information. If you are already registered to use online appointments you do not need to register again.

New Patient Registration

blood_pressure1The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area. 

ALL New Patients must complete the registration form and a new Patient Questionnaire.  These must be brought into the surgery yourself along with two forms of ID, (One photographic) either a drivers licence or passport, together with a utility bill, bank statement or other official proof of residence (less than three months old). 

If you have regular medication please bring along a copy of your repeat medication this will help us when you require medication.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.
