Booking Appointments On-line

We are pleased to announce that we are now able to provide on-line appointment booking for our patients.  Patients can book any of the routine appointments for all doctors (maximum of two appointments can be booked at any one time).  Due to the complexity of nursing appointments, currently it is not possible to book nurse appointments on-line or appointments for minor operations.

The online booking system also allows you to order your repeat prescriptions online.

If you wish to book appointments on-line, you will first need to register to access this service.

Please complete the form below and bring this with you to the practice along with two forms of ID, a drivers licence or passport, together with a utility bill, bank statement or other official proof of residence (less than three months old).  The receptionist will register you onto the on-line booking system and provide you with a PIN number.  Once you have this information you will have access to on-line booking from home.

Appointments can also be cancelled using this facility.
